1. Statement of Rights

2. Scope of License
2.1 Download, install and use: This software is free software. Users can download, install and use this software in a non-commercial and unlimited number.
2.2 Copying, distribution and dissemination: Users can copy, distribute and disseminate this software product in a non-commercial and unlimited amount. However, it must be ensured that every copy, distribution and dissemination is complete and true, including all software, electronic documents, copyrights and trademarks related to this software product, as well as this agreement.

3. Restrictions on rights

4. Cost-related
4.1 Use 356GPS App: Download, register and use 356GPS App. 356GPS will not charge any service fees. There will be a certain amount of data consumption during the use process. The specific fee is charged by the operator used by the user.
4.2 Use 356GPS hardware: If you use our hardware equipment, the telephone fee and traffic cost consumed by the hardware equipment will be charged by the operator of the hardware.

5. Privacy statement
5.1 356GPS App is an anti-theft and anti-lost software, focusing on security services, in order to better improve the product experience, while continuing to provide the best service for mobile phone users. Under the premise of not involving the user's personal privacy, 356GPS will collect and use equipment-related information in the following ways:

In the event of incompatibility and software errors, users can call the technical support phone to report the situation to 356GPS and obtain technical support. If the compatibility problem cannot be solved, the user can delete the software.
6.3 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable laws, damages and risks arising from the use or inability to use this software include, but are not limited to, direct or indirect personal damage, loss of commercial profits, trade interruption, loss of commercial information or any other economic 356GPS does not assume any responsibility for losses.
6.4 356GPS does not bear any responsibility for losses caused by telecommunication system or Internet network failure, computer failure or virus, information damage or loss, computer system problem or any other force majeure reasons.
6.5 The user violates the provisions of this agreement and causes damage to 356GPS. 356GPS has the right to take measures including, but not limited to, suspension of license, suspension of service provision, restriction of use, legal investigation and other measures.
6.6 GPS running continuously in the background may significantly reduce battery life. 356GPS has a unique design that can minimize the use of GPS. It can further reduce battery power consumption when the mobile phone is in a fixed location. 356GPS will enable GPS positioning to facilitate users to view the device location or historical footprint. In the background, 356GPS locates regularly and uploads GPS location information to maximize power and data savings.

7. Legal and dispute resolution
7.1 This agreement uses the laws of the People's Republic of China.
7.2 Any disputes arising from or related to this agreement shall be settled through friendly negotiation between the parties; if the negotiation fails. Either party can submit the relevant dispute to the Beijing Arbitration Commission and arbitrate in accordance with its then effective arbitration rules; the arbitration award is final and binding on all parties.

8. Other terms
8.1 If the status of this agreement and the adjustment of business strategies, etc., modify this agreement. In the event of a dispute, the latest agreement text shall prevail. If the user continues to use the software, it shall be deemed that any clause in it is completed or partially invalid or not enforceable for any reason, or violates any applicable law, the clause shall be deemed to be deleted, but the remaining clauses of this agreement It should still be valid and binding.
8.2 356GPS has the right to accept the changes of this agreement at any time in accordance with the changes in relevant laws and regulations and the company's operations.
8.3 356GPS has the right to interpret and modify this agreement to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Unless you accept the terms of this "Agreement": otherwise you have no right to download, install or use other related services of this "software".
